Robert "Bob" Mack Twitchell, husband of Mary Isabell Dalley Twitchell and son of "Doc" John Mac Twitchell and Ruth Batchelder passed away peacefully on October 11, 2015.

Born November 30, 1925 in Delta, Utah, he was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Catherine Holman, and his daughter, Ann Marsh.

He is survived by his four sons, 15 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was Senior Class President at Delta High School, graduating early to join the US Army Air Force during WWII. He briefly attended BYU, and graduated from Utah State University with a degree in commerce. While a cashier at the cafeteria, he met his future wife, Mary. They were married on October 14, 1950 in Teasdale, Utah.

After short stays in Provo, Phoenix, and El Paso, they settled in Murray, then South Ogden and lastly Holladay, Utah. He worked as an office manager, controller, and tax accountant. He loved travel, photography, and, over the years, taught scores of youth how to water ski. He leaves a remarkable legacy of curiosity, kindness and belief in the good in everyone.

A public viewing will be held on Friday evening October 16, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah. A family viewing will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 10 a.m. followed immediately by the funeral at 11 a.m. at the South Cottonwood Ward building, 5600 South Vine Street (700 East) Murray.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, or the Pheasant Hollow Care Facility in Holladay, UT.
