Courtney Cecil, 67, of Preble County Line Road, died at 1P.M. yesterday at the Fairfield Nursing Home, where he had been a patient since Feb. 28.
Mr. Cecil was born in West Liberty, Ky., and had been a resident of the Middletown area 24 years.
He was a retired construction Worker.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Avanell McCarty, with whom he made his home, three sons, Joe of Daysboro, Kentucky, Lucion of East Gary, Indiana, and Glenn of Chesapeake, Virginia. A brother, Dave of Middletown, two sisters Mrs. Maggie Staton and Edna Hobbs of Middletown.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. at the McCoy Leffier Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Faulkner officiation.
Burial will be in Daysboro, Kentucky.
Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9.
