Edward J. Schiman, 81, of 1813-27th St., Two Rivers, was born to eternal life on Friday morning, Feb. 10, at Two Rivers Community Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Calvary Lutheran Church. Rev. Robert Sullivan will officiate and burial will be in Forest Veiw Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Schiman was born Oct. 14, 1902, at Chicago, son of the late Edward J. and Bessie Shedivy Schiman Sr. He married Marcella Mott on June 10, 1924 at Melnik Presbyterian Church. Mr. Schiman was employed at Hamilton Industries as a cabinet maker until his retirement. He was a member of the Two Rivers Senior Center and a Charter Member of Calvary Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marcella; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Pat Schiman of Two Rivers; a daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Jack Quirk of Two Rivers; a brother Charles Schiman of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Elsie Yelmene of Neenah; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, after 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church on Monday.
