Throughout his short yet memorable life, he was known for showing such courage and hope and putting up a strong and mighty fight that it earned him the name "Super Sam". He loved Seymore & Mickey, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and being rocked and held by all. He attended Northside Elementary Pre-K and was loved by his nursing family as well as his fire department family.
Samuel is survived by his loving parents, Shannon and Meredith Sims of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; sisters, Kendra Cox of Fulton, Tennessee, Kimberly Sims of Columbia, Tennessee, and Ellie Sims of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; and a brother, Walker Warren of Fulton, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Kayla "Alex" Warren; grandparents, Willard Sims, Marcia Sims, Herman "Jake" Pierce, and Nadean Pierce.
