"Mrs. McInerney was born in the County Clare, Ireland and came to this country with her husband in 1852. They made their home in Lock Haven until 1893, when Mr. McInerney died. The deceased was a truly Christian lady. All her life was devoted to the good she could do to others; and she was never so happy as when bestowing some little act of kindness on others. She was always cheerful and the seventy-six years of her life rested lightly on her shoulders."
