"The death of Miss Addie Pearl occurred at her home on Herriman St. Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock after an illness of two months.
She was born and raised near Springhill, her father being a pioneer settler in Livingston County. She was the last of her immediate family to go, three brothers and one sister having preceding her in death. She had many friends in the county and the city who will be sorry to hear of her demise.
The funeral will be from the Christian church Thursday morning at 10:00 o'clock, Dr. Phelps conducting the services." The Chillicothe Constitution, May 3, 1922
