Paula June Foote Lane, of Binghamton, NY, went to be with her beloved father, mother and grandmother on Sunday June 21, 2015 after an extended illness that stole her from us long before it took her life. She was 4 days away from her 79th birthday. Paula is predeceased by her mother Philathea Bolles Foote Murdock and her father Paul Foote. She is survived by her husband Alan Lane and daughter Alecia Lane ONeill; brothers Mark Crimmins Murdock and Gary Foote, sister Meleta Baker, and their spouses Marianna, Dolores and Dan respectively; brother- and sister-in-law Leon and Millie Lane; sisters-in-law Lois Alexander and Leslie Lane; nieces Emily, Patty, Gail, Diane and Carey; nephews Leon, Keith, Charlie, Derek, Sheldon, Timothy, Michael and Richard. Paula retired reluctantly from UHS and never forgot her extended family in Information Services; she was also a past Auxiliary President of American Legion Post 89. Funeral and Interment Services will be held Friday 11 am from the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513 East Main Street, Endicott, with the Reverend Daniel Eddings officiating. Entombment will in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endicott at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at the Allen Memorial Home Thursday from 4-7 pm.
