STEVENSVILLE – R. David Moulding passed away at his home in Stevensville on Suncay, Oct. 11, 2015. after a long illness. Dave was born Aug. 11, 1944, in Ogden, Utah, to Delbert and Golda Moulding. He graduated from Ogden High School and attended Weber State College. He was married to Rhela Olson on June 20, 1966.

Dave was a contractor in the Ogden area for many years, serving as president of the Weber Basin Homebuilders Association and president of the Utah Homebuilders Association. He also served in the Utah National Guard Reserve. He moved to Montana in 1992 and continued in the construction industry until his retirement.

Dave was an avid outdoorsman who loved to ski, hunt and fish, but his family remained his first priority and greatest joy. He is survived by his wife, Rhela; three sons, Shawn, Seth (Jennifer) and Gage (Megan); 11 grandchildren, Brad, Tyler, Samantha, Josie, Chantille (Chambers), Landon, Aspen, Avery, Barrett, Gatlin and Wyatt; four brothers, Keith, Leroy, Bob and Mark Moulding; and one sister, Carol Fretz (Tony). He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sue Ann Eskelson (Sid).

Graveside services will be conducted by Whitesitt Funeral Home at Riverside Cemetery in Stevensville MT at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16. There will be a Celebration of Life following the service for friends and family. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at whitesittfuneralhome.com.
