Margaret Rice Bouldin, age 91 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 10, 2015 at UNC Hospital. She was a native of Halifax County, Virginia and the wife of the late Billy Russell Bouldin.

Margaret retired after 47 years as a Science teacher at Turrentine Middle School. She received her education degree from Elon University and was an avid supporter of the college. Margaret was a lifelong member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Hurdle Mills, NC. She enjoyed flower gardening and looking after her pets.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, Henry Jackson Rice and Elizabeth Claiborne Rice; sister, Eliza Crisp Anderson and a brother, William Rice.

The family would like to thank Margaret's neighbors for their friendship and support over the years.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Donald Daniel and the burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
