He was born on June 12, 1959 in Fayette County to William "Bill" and Sylvia Cooper Elliott. He was a 1978 Washington High School graduate and was employed by TFO as a maintenance manager. He loved the great outdoors, including hunting and fishing, coaching little league baseball and junior high football, loved working in his yard and gardening and loved spending time with his family.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Bill Elliott and his brother Dwayne Cole Elliott and his uncle, Steve Cooper.
Survivors include his wife, Kelly Kvarness Elliott, whom he married on June 16, 1984; his sons Chad and Cody Elliott; his mother Sylvia Eckles and her friend, Earl Mayes; step-mother Linda Elliott and special friend, Kevin Monroe.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. at the Grace Community Church with Pastor Jay Lucas officiating with burial of the cremains to take place at the Washington Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
