Calvin Marvin Snare, 81, passed away Jan. 10, 2006. He was born Feb. 4, 1924 in Weyerhauser, WI, to Marvin and Mimie Lundberg Snare. Snare had been a resident of Live Oak, FL, moving from Melbourne, FL.
He was Baptist by faith and a member of First Baptist Church Eau Gallie in Melbourne, FL. He was veteran of WWII, serving his country in the United States Army Air Corps.
Snare was predeceased by his father and mother and two brothers, Arnold and Rhinart.
Snare is survived by his wife, Ilene H. Snare, of Live Oak; son Ronald Snare; two daughters, Judith McAuliffe and husband, Raymond, of Jacksonville, FL, and Teresa Sheets and husband, Michael, of Covington, GA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, at Alaqua Methodist Cemetery, with Rev. Joel Glenn officiating, with military honors.
