The Clinton County Times, Feb. 5, 1926. Deaths. Mrs. Lena Scheid. Relatives in this city received word by telegraph of the death of Mrs. Lena Scheid at her home at Salt Lake City, Utah. ? Thursday morning. She was from this city and was the widow of Valentine Scheid. Death was due to the infirmities of age, deceased having passed the 85th years. Mrs. Scheid visited Lock Haven many times after leaving the city 45 years ago, her last trip being made about 8 years ago. She is survived by three sons, Karl, Tine, and John, all of Salt Lake City; three daughters, Mrs. John T. Donellan, in California; Mrs. Helen M. Myers and Miss Elsie Scheid, of Salt Lake City, and one sister Mrs. Anna M. Oberheim-Carter, who resides on East Main Street, this city. The funeral occurred Sunday at Salt Lake City.
