Mrs. Carlton Wright, 85, of Landsdowne Blvd., died of a heart attack in North Side Hospital.
Mrs. Wright was born May 14, 1889, in Webster, WV., a daughter of Thomas and Jenny Gobel, and came here 45 years ago from Simpson, WV. She was a member of Flemington Methodist Church. Her husband, Carlton, whom she married in 1906, died in 1935.
She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Belle Sparks, with whom she lived; two sons, Robert L. Wright of Dallas,Texas and Norman B. of Youngstown; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Payne and Mrs. Jessie Stanko of Clarksburg, WV; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
