Mr. Wright was born March 18, 1918, in Wendel, WV., a son of Carlton L. and Ocie Gobel Wright, moving from Youngstown to Dallas 28 years ago. He worked for Rockwell International in Dallas. He was a member of the Eagles, International Union of Electrical, Radio and Machine Operators and served in the Army Air Corp in World War II.
He leaves his wife, the former Earlene Walker, whom he married Aug. 31, 1963; a son, Robert L. Jr. of Indianapolis; a stepson, Lonnie Stone in California; a sister, Belle O'Neil of Youngsotwn; a brother, Norman of Youngstown; and two grandchildren.
