Obituary: Nilsa H. Arizmendi, 33 of Hartford, CT known to the family as "Coco" went to be with the lord in July 2003. Nilsa was born on January 29, 1970 in Patchogue, Long Island to Carmen Arizmendi and the late Angel Rodriguez. Nilsa is survived by her mother Carmen Arizmendi and step father Edwin Santiago Sr. Her four children whom she loved dearly, Natasha, Joshua, Julieannie and Joel. She leaves four grandchildren. She also leaves behind three siblings: Brenda, Mary and Edwin Jr. along with a son-in-law Omar. Brothers-in-law Jorge and William, four nephews and two nieces with aunts, uncles and cousins in CT, NY, NJ, PR. Nilsa was a very special woman in life and special to our family. She was loved and has been profoundly missed.
