She graduated from South Florence High School in 1996 and from Florence-Darlington Tech with a nursing degree. She worked for both Mrs. Sandie Weatherford and Carolinas Hospital System as a registered nurse for many years.
She married Mr. Miles on May 20, 2002 and just celebrated 13 years of marriage. Amy is survived by her husband, three beautiful young daughters, her brother, nephews, her parents, father-in-law, brother-in-law, aunts and uncles, great-aunts and –uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 3, 2015, at John Calvin Presbyterian Church, 2000 Marsh Avenue, Florence, with Reverend Scott Hill officiating. Graveside services will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorials may be made to John Calvin Presbyterian Church, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, or a charity of one’s choice.
