"John H Anderson, aged 72 years, died at his home at Clarksburg on Tuesday morning. Funeral services will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Pleasant Grove Church, with Rev. Robert Childs, officiating. Interment will be made in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in charge of Funeral Director CHT Clayton & Son of Adelphia.
Mr. Anderson, who was born in Jackson Township, the son of Garret J Anderson and Lydia Ann Patterson, is survived by one son, Franklin, at home, and several grandchildren; also two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Sarah R Taylor, Miss Parmela Anderson, and Allen Anderson, all of California; and two other brothers, Kortenius Anderson, Sr., of Freehold, and Harry Anderson of Leesville".
