Erected by Edmund Stack, Synone. In memory of his father William Stack also his mother Johanna Stack (alias Ryan) and his daughter Anne who died 20th February 1885 aged 16 years. Edmund Stack died 6th May 1893 aged 75 yrs his wife Johanna nee Scanlan died 26th May 1901 aged 80 yrs. Their son William died 23rd Janry 1908 aged 54 yrs. John Stack died 26th Jan 1934 aged 80 years his sister Johanna died 6th March 1936. May they rest in peace.
