Milam has been his home all his life except for time spent overseas as a supervisor in petroleum production. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, Milam, Texas.
Cremation under the direction of Starr Funeral Home, no services are scheduled.
