SCHULTZ – April 16, 1971, Mrs. Minnie M Schultz, aged 94 years, widow of the late Luke George Schultz, beloved mother of Mr. Cecil G. Schultz, 105 Alexander Crescent, N.W., and Mr. Walter K. Schultz, 2203 12 Avenue, N.W., passed away at Bethany Auxiliary Hospital following a lengthy illness. She is also survived by one granddaughter, Mrs. John (Judith Lynne) Gillespie and one grandson, Mr. Gordon Kenneth Schultz, both of Calgary, one brother, Mr. John Kahl of Stettler, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Vieth, Honolulu, Hawaii and Mrs. Lydia Cammack of Radcliffe, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband at Calgary on April 15, 1947 and by one daughter, Miss Edith Gay Schultz in 1954. She was Born at Muscatine, Iowa, U.S.A. She came to Alberta in 1911, to Coronation, Alberta and to Calgary in 1915, residing at Calgary since. Mrs. Schultz was a member of the Prophetic Bible Institute and Westbourne Baptist Church. Services at Leyden’s Chapel of Remembrance on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Reverend William J Laing of Bethel Baptist Church officiates. Interment Queen’s Park Cemetery.
