BLACKVILLE, S.C. - Services for Belle Powell Stringfield Porter, 105, will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2003 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home in Williston. Mrs. Porter died Sunday. Born in Barnwell County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Sallie Webb Powell. She worked for Palm Beach Manufacturing Company, was a member of Healing Springs Baptist Church, the W. M. U., was first married to the late Henderson Stringfield and was the widow of William Albert Porter. Survivors include daughters, Evie S. Hutto of Langley, Lula S. Hendrix of Lamar, Alberta P.
