He graduated from Brooksville High School in 1945. He joined the Army and served for three years. He worked for Penobscot Cannery, for his uncle, Frank Fowler and DOT until retirement in 1993.
He is survived by his loving daughter and son, Ronna and Randy; two nephews, Barry and Bruce; and niece, Jody. He was predeceased by his parents; wife; two daughters; a brother and sister.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015, at Lakeview Cemetery, Brooksville.
