Irene Robison Houghton, 84, former resident of Salt Lake City, died at her home in San Francisco Tuesday morning after a lingering illness.
A daughter of Lewis and Clarissa DuZette Robison, she was born June 16, 1862, and traveled a great deal, joining the Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston.
She was married to Fred Houghton in June, 1884, in Salt Lake City, and resided in Boston before moving to San Francisco.
Graveside services will be conducted at the family plot, Mt. Olivet cemetery, Friday noon, by Mrs. Will Farnsworth. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
