Mrs. Eva Mae Elliott, 62, of 2812 East Front Street, died at Hershey hospital at today following an illness with a complication of ailments.

She was born in Illinois City, Jan. 22, 1885, the daughter of John Jacob and Barbara Ellen Hahn. Her marriage to J. E. Elliott occurred in Muscatine on May 27, 1903.

Mrs. Elliott was a member of the First Evangelical United Brethren church.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, Edwin L. and John W. Elliott, both of Muscatine; five daughters, Mrs. George Schaefer, Chicago Heights, ILL., Mrs. Raymond Lohf, Davenport, Mrs. Edmund Leswig, Mrs. DeWayne Storms and Miss Ruth Elliott; all of Muscatine; one brother, Arthur Hahn, Nichols; seven grand-children.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Florence, her parents and five brothers.

The body is at the George M. Wittich Funeral Home and will remain there for services to be announced later.
