Monroe Evening News Death Notice published March 7, 1984 reads:
LAMBERTVILLE – Mr. Ted S. Kasprzak, 86, of 2836 Sterns Rd., a poultry farmer at the Elm Grove Poultry Far at his home from 1926 to 1965, died at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Marigarde-Sylvania Nursing Home, Sylvania, Ohio, where he had been for several months.
Friends may call after 7 tonight in the Bedford Chapel, Temperance, where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Temperance, with the Rev. John Bishop officiating. Burial will be in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania.
Born Sept. 12, 1897, in Toledo, he was the son of August and Magdeline (Krantz) Kasprzak. He was married Dec. 31, 1922, to Mary E. DeWitt in St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church, Toledo. She died Nov. 5, 1980.
Surviving are a son, Spencer of Temperance; 2 daughters, Mrs. Charles (Mary L.) McAdams of Aransas Pass, Texas, and Mrs. William (Magdalene) Grosteffon of Temperance; 3 sisters, Mrs. Hattie Kukulski of Toledo, Mrs. Frances Kramer of Largo, Fla., and Mrs. Clara Kwiatkowski of Sylvania; 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
