Son of the late Arne and Henrietta Gundersen; husband of the late Eliza Gundersen (nee Dimock). Born at Oslo, Norway, (69)

GALWAY CASTLE was a 7.988grt defensively-armed British merchantship.
On the 12th September 1918 when 160 miles SW ½ S from the Fastnet,
Ireland she was torpedoed without warning and sunk by submarine,
