Julius Frankl was born on July 1, 1889, in Príbram, Central Bohemia, Czech Republic, the child of Leopold and Frantiska Frankl nee Kerpele. Julius married Olga Konas and together they had fraternal twins Vera and Otto on 1 May 1924. Prior to world War II, the family lived at Betlemska ul. 10.

On 26 October 1942, Julius and his family were deported to the Lodz Ghetto. they lived at Riemerstrasse 1a flat 2. On 10 May 1942, Julius and his family were deported from the ghetto. They were deported to Chelmno Death Camp and killed in the gas vans.
