Jennifer Parker Cox, 52, of Norphlet passed away September 11, 2015, from a life long battle of sickness at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR, but not once in her life did she ever complain.

She was born September 7, 1963 to James Franklin Parker and Betty Jean Reuter Parker of Norphlet.

Jennifer loved spending her day, everyday, with her best friend, who was her mother, laughing and drinking coffee as well as spending time with the rest of her family.

Preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, James Orie Cox and one brother, Jimmy Parker.

Those left behind to cherish in her memory are her parents; one sister, Julie Cates (Joey); three nephews of whom she loved as her own sons, Justin Cates, Cole Cates, and Brennan Cates; one niece, Adrianne DeLancy and her beloved dog, Daisy Mae, who was her pride and joy.

Visitation will be Monday, September 14 at 1pm at the church with services immediately following at 2pm at First Baptist Church in Norphlet with Bro. Doug Wills officiating. Burial will follow services at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Perry’s Funeral Chapels.

Pallbearers are Justin Cates, Cole Cates, Brennan Cates, Ronnie Reynolds, Jessie Cox, Josh Reynolds.
