He was born in Waukegan, IL on October 1, 1942, a son of the late Albert and Mildred Green Powers. The family moved to Kenosha where he was educated in the Kenosha school system. Frank served his country in the U.S. Army 126th artillery 32nd Red Arrow Division and later served in the National Guard.
He was a painter and general contractor for various companies. He enjoyed watching television especially old westerns, “John Wayne” being one of his favorites.
He is preceded in death by two brothers Kendall and James Powers and a sister Bettina Powers.
