MANNSVILLE -- Services for Billie Jean Gregory, 73, will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, 2006, at Mannsville Baptist Church with Bro. J.D. Leavelle and Bro. Ken McCarthick officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore.

Born on June 25, 1933, in Ardmore, Okla., to W.C. "Bill" and Arila Brownlee Edwards, she died on Aug. 7, 2006, at the local hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Rozella Sadler and Margaret Carter.

Married to Louis Allen Gregory on April 14, 1952, in Ada, she had lived in Mannsville more than 35 years and she loved to watch the Texas Rangers play baseball. Mrs. Gregory was a loving mother and wife who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Tonia and Terry Glenn, Mannsville; three sons and daughters-in-law, Louis Jr. and Alice Gregory, Kevin Gregory, and Ricky and Debra Gregory, also Mannsville; six grandchildren, Louis, Jason, Justin, Raechel and Megan Gregory and Dustin Glenn; four great-grandchildren, Jacy, Ashley, Jesse and Cody Gregory; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Bearers will be Tim Butler, Mike Sadler, Ronnie Pierce, Darren Hatton, Jack Thomason and Calvin Burton.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., at Craddock Funeral Home. An online guest book is available at craddockfuneralhome.com.
