Franklin "Frank" Henry Linniman, Jr., 69 years old, formerly of Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at his daughter's house in Mansfield.

Frank was born in Sidney, on July 24, 1946, to the late Franklin H. Linniman and Grace (Black) Linniman.

He is also survived by his children, Amanda (Rodney) Covault, of Mansfield, Tammy (John) Gardner, of Mansfield; grandchildren, Bridget, Krissy and Nathan Covault, Kylie and Jacob Shultz; six great-grandchildren; siblings, Tim (June) Linniman, of New Bremen, Randy (Mary Ann) Linniman, of Hubert, N.C., Sharon Boyd, of Celina, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank was preceded in death by one sister, Cindy Linniman; brother-in-law, Billy Boyd.

Frank served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He had retired from the Copeland Corporation. He loved to play cards, especially Euchre, and sit around the table cutting up and sharing stories with family and friends. He also enjoyed watching his favorite classic TV shows, including Walker, Texas Ranger, Jag, NCIS and wrestling.

Family and friends may call on Friday, September 4, 2015, from 4-6 p.m., at the Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio.

Private graveside services will take place at Glenn Cemetery, Port Jefferson.
