Funeral services for William (Dee) Pierpont, who died on Monday, were held on Tuesday, March 5 at 2 p.m. at Seydler-Hill Chapel. The Rev. Milford Zirkel officiated, with interment in the Masonic cemetery.
Mr. Pierpont was born on Jan. 14, 1916 in Dripping Springs, to Benedict and Jennie Bell Davidson Pierpont, both natives of Gonzales county. He was married to Lorene Bennett on Dec. 30, 1936 and was a poultry farmer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
