Concert Pianist. Strelchenko, also known as Natalia Strelle, was a solo pianist who made her debut at age 12 with the St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra. Educated at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory and the Norwegian Academy of Music, she was a musicological researcher in the area of historical piano techniques and earned a PhD in arts research. Her solo playing has been featured on nearly a dozen CDs, among them 'Franz Liszt - 12 Études d'exécution transcendante' (2005), 'Agathe Backer-Grøndahl - Complete Piano Music'(2006-2007) and 'Friedrich Kuhlau - La Clochette, Selected Sonatinas' (2010). Since 2014, she held a position of Assistant Professor at Conservatoire of Belfort in France, and was a member of Trio de Belfort. Strelchenko was found with head and neck injuries at her home and died a later at a hospital.
