CUMBERLAND,MARYLAND -- Walter Edward McKenzie, 54, laborer, 307 Wills Creek Avenue, died this morning at his home. Funeral services will be conducted Monday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 9 a.m. Interment will be at the church cemetery.

Surviving are his widow, Catherine (Boch) McKenzie; four sons, Ambrose, Michael, Paul and Leo George McKenzie; five daughters, Regina, Margaret, Helen, Catherine and Bernadette; two brothers, Lewis and Gallitzen McKenzie; three sisters, Mrs. Edward Weber, this city; Mrs. Elizabeth Hirshberger, Cresaptown, and Mrs. John McKenzie, Ethridge, Montana. Mr. McKenzie, a native of Cresaptown, was the son of the late Samuel and Alice (Winters) McKenzie.
