Mrs Haber was born March 20, 1885 in Russia to Martin and Christina Krieger. She was baptized into the Lutheran Christian faith and after renewing her baptismal promise by the Rite of Confirmation accepted into the Lutheran church as a communicant member. She was married to Reinhold Haber in 1907 in Russia. They came to the US in 1910 and lived at Gackle ND until 1912, when they moved to Montana and resided in the Watkins community.
Elisabeth Haber was preceded in death by her husband in 1934. Since 1937 she has made her home in Terry.
She is survived by the following relatives; two sons, John and Ted of Brockway and one daughter, Margaret Waldbauer of Circle, 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She departed this life a week ago Monday night at the age of 71 years, seven months, and two days.
Mrs Haber will be remembered by her children as a devoted mother.
