Mrs. Mitchell was born October 20, 1931 to the late William and Cora Lambert and died March 20, 2013 at Magnolia Regional Health Center.
Cora was a member of Fraley's Chapel Church of Christ, a retired bookkeeper for Mitchell Sales and Service, and a sitter for the elderly.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Carl Glyndon Mitchell and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her sons, Danny Mitchell of Corinth and Gary Mitchell (Stephanie) of Portland, TN; and granddaughter, Katherine Mitchell.
Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
