On Tues. 24 Apr 1906, among the officers elected to the local branch of the National Protective Legion in Catskill: Frank Acker, guard.

CATSKILL RECORDER, (?) May, 1929:
Frank Acker, a resident of Catskill, died on May 7th in the Albany Hospital, at the age of sixty-five years, and on Thursday the Rev. Clarance E. Brown of the First Baptist Church conducted the funeral at his late residence on William street: interment in the Jefferson Rural Cemetery. He is survived by his wife (Louise Keifer) and his daughter Frances, both of Catskill.
