Adam "Red" Berger, long-time resident of the Terry area, passed away Tuesday evening in a Miles City Hospital following a sudden illness.
Mr Berger was born on May 7, 1886, in Glen Ullin ND, the son of Mr and Mrs Frank Berger. At the age of 18, he came to MT where he worked as a sheepherder around the Miles City and Terry area. Mr Berger was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Terry.
Surviving Mr Berger are two brothers, Frank of Tacoma WA and Chris of Spokane WA; and two sisters, Mrs Anna Schaff of Bismarck ND and Theresa Schmidt of Tacoma WA.
