DIED IN OKLAHOMA
Mrs. Louise Brown, the wife of L. J. Brown, a former resident of Lamar county, died Tuesday morning at Marlow, OK. The remains were brought to Brookston Tuesday afternoon accompanied by her husband and eldest son, and were met there by a number of relatives and friends and were conveyed to Little Vine graveyard on Emberson prairie, where the funeral was held about dark, conducted by Revs. Beckham and J. W. Milligan. The deceased had spent nearly all her life in Lamar county before moving to Oklahoma about eight years ago. She was the daughter of Mrs. M. A. Floyd of Globe and is survived by her husband and five children, two sons and three daughters. She also leaves a large number of relatives in the county.
