TOLLESBORO — Mrs. Bernice Bryant Holbrook, 76, of Tollesboro died Thursday, May 18, 2006 at her residence in Ribolt.
She was born Aug. 1, 1929 in Lewis County to the late Wendell Bryant and Dorthy Garrett Bryant.
She was a homemaker and a member of Eastern Star Covert of Clermont County, Oh. White Shrine, Ladies Oriental Shrine and a member of the Mount Moriah Methodist Church.
Bernice Bryant Holbrook is survived by her husband, John E. Holbrook; three sons, Forest “Frosty” Holbrook of Dallas, Tx.; Keith Holbrook of Thornville, Oh. and John W. Holbrook of Scioto County, Oh.; 10 grandchildren; and two sisters, Shirley Fetters of Ribolt and Doris Magaw of Middletown, Oh.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harry and Russell Bryant.
Funeral services for Bernice Bryant Holbrook will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Barbour and Son Funeral Home in Tollesboro with Bro. Charles Emmons officiating.
Burial will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery in Ribolt.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
