Jaqulyn Denise Culp passed away at the University of Utah Hospital on Thursday, August 20, 2015. She was born on February 18, 1977 in Layton, Utah, the daughter of Stephen and Rebecca (Burton) Schmidt.

Jaqulyn loved essential oil, and would make many homemade products like toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and dishwasher soap. Her favorite color was purple, and favorite flower was the Tiger Lily. She was a strong believer in the Lord and always found time to post inspirational quotes on Facebook. She was very charitable and gave so much to others in need. Her greatest joy in life, which meant the world to he, was her family and making sure everyone was happy and had whatever they wanted.

Jaqulyn is survived by her loving husband Gordon Culp; children Alyssa Gerrard, Eric Gerrard, and Connor Culp; she is also survived by her brothers Daniel and Mike Schmidt. She was preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Rebecca and a brother Joseph Schmidt.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, August 27 at Crandall Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at the Evanston City Cemetery.
