Esther was the daughter of George A. Jamison and Jennie Susan Beagles, who married on 14 Sep 1902 in La Porte Co., Indiana. I found only two children for them, son Everett S. (b.circa 1905), and Esther Fay (b.1910).

I found the four of them together on the 1920 Census, living in Plymouth's Center Township, Marshall Co., Indiana. Esther's father George, aged 50, was farming. Jennie, aged 40, was home with the two children--Everett, aged 15, and Esther, aged 9.

When the 1930 Census came around, the family was living on Jacoby Rd. North in Plymouth. George, aged 59, was busy farming. Jennie, aged 49, was keeping house. Esther Fay, aged 19, was doing clerical work in an office.

Sometime between 1924 and 1933, Esther married Wayne Gilbert Badiac, the son of William Lester Badiac and Josephine Lenora Sordelet.

On 3 Nov 1934, Esther appears to have given birth to twin sons George W. and Richard W. Sadly, Richard appears to have died the same day and was laid to rest here in Oak Hill Cemetery.

The year 1934 found Wayne and Esther in an Omaha city directory, living at 812 Capital Ave. in Omaha, Nebraska. Wayne was working as chief clerk in the US Naval Reserve office.

A 1935 city directory placed Wayne and Esther in San Diego, San Diego Co., California.

By the 1940 Census, the family was living in Long Beach, Los Angeles Co., California. Wayne, aged 33, was a Yoeman 1st Class in the Navy. Esther, aged 29, was home with 5-year-old son George.

By 1946, the family had relocated to Newport, Rhode Island, and was living at 14B Constitution Avenue. Wayne was still in the Navy, serving until at least the year 1947.

Esther lost her helpmate and companion Wayne in December of 1969. Esther lived to age 87 or 88, departing this earth in 1998.

Their son George married Claudine Yates. He died in Elkhart Co., Indiana on 17 Mar 2007. There is not yet a memorial for him on Find-A-Grave.
