Eugenia Florrie Varner of Lexington, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the age of 85. Born in Knightsville, SC on October 22, 1929 she was the daughter of the late John Harvey Cone and Beulah Elizabeth Myers Cone. She worked for Capital City Manufacturing Company and retired from Mr. Vernan Mills.
She is survived by her daughter: Margie Elizabeth Young (Shannon); grandchildren: Justin Jones, Tiffany Moroni, Carl "Trey" Jones and Crystal Butler; step-grandchildren: Zachary, Sarah and Shanna Young; great-grandchildren: Clayton, Austin, Mason and Ayden Vendrick, Benjamin and Maddisyn Moroni and Marshall Jones; siblings, Julia Doris Patrick, Sarah Bell Clayton, Jewel Mae Long, Joseph Marion Cone, Murray Milton Cone and Paul Edwin "Ed" Cone. She was predeceased by her son, Harvey Pressley Butler; former spouses: Julius Butler and Robert Varner; longtime companion: Robert Johnson; siblings: Vermel Rodgers Cone, Allen Miles Cone and Martha Jean Cone.
