Mrs. Keating was born October 11, 1897 in Titusville, a daughter of the late John P and Elizabeth Nalbach Kelley. Mrs. Keating did catering in Titusville for several years and later worked at the Penn Dress Shop.
She was married to Edmond P. Keating December 31, 1923 at Oil City. Mr. Keating died April 16, 1928.
She was a member of St. Titus Church; a charter member of the Catholic Daughters of America; and a member of the Titusville Senior Citizens.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James (Bette) Roessner of Titusville and Mrs. A.W. (Pat) Erickson of Mageetown; one son, Thomas E. Keating of Pleasantville; five grandchildren and one brother, Spicer C. Kelley of Erie; and several nieces and nephews. Two sisters and four brothers died previously.
Interment will be in St. Catherine’s Cemetery.
