Roy Fred Elliott Jr, 64, of Candler passed away Wednesday August 19, 2015. Roy is preceded in death by is Wife Deborah Lou Elliott, and Father Roy Elliott Sr. Mr. Elliott is survived by his Son Jonathan B. Elliott (Kelly); Mother Marie Blazer Elliott; Grandchildren Joshua Shaffer, Dustin Shaffer, and Atley Elliott; and Brothers William Howard Elliott and Larry Kenneth Elliott (Marie). Roy was a life long resident of Buncombe Co, and was a member of Smokey Mountain Bass Masters. A funeral service will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Saturday August 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm, with internment to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Bobby Winebarger will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service
