Mr. Fletcher was born Nov. 10, 1960 in Ottawa, he was the son of Buford and Mary M. (Tuttle) Fletcher.
He attended Garfield, Oakland anad Northlawn Grade Schools and graduated from Streator High School Class of 1979.
He lived in the Streator and Kangley area his lifetime. He worked as a laborer for various companies through the years.
He belonged to local motorcycle groups and attended First Assembly of God Church in Streator.
Mr. Fletcher is survived by two daughters, Alyssa and Josie Fletcher, at home; his father, Buford E. Fletcher of Tiskilwa and his mother, Mary M. Fullerton of Ottawa; one sister, Cassandra Sohm of Ottawa; two brothers, Kevin (Sharon) Fletcher of Tiskilwa, and Michael Fletcher of Sandwich. Also surviving is Sherry Hinman-Fletcher, the mother of his children. Many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
