Charles B. Fordyce

Charles B. Fordyce, aged 67 years, of Pine Bank, died Wednesday morning, August 21, at six o'clock at his home. He had been ill for two years abd death was attributed to complications.

Mr. Fordyce, a well-known farmer, was born September 30, 1872, at the same home in which he died, a son of John G. and Jane Huffman Fordyce, deceased. With the exception of a few years spent in Waynesburg, he resided all his life at Pine Bank. In 1928 he married Lillian Smith, who survives. He was a member of the First Methodist Church of Waynesburg.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a brother, P. Corbly Fordyce, of Dormont.

FORDYCE - Funeral services for Charles B. Fordyce, of Pine Bank, will be held Sunday afternoon, August 25, at two o'clock, from the residence. Interment will be in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg. Friends will be received at the home. Funeral arrangements in charge of Ralph H. Scott, funeral director, Rogersville, Pa.
