Lee Center - Lewis E. Anderegg, 62, of Rural Route 1, Stokes Hill, Lee Center, who together with his wife owned and operated the Delta Lake Motel and Restaurant for many years, died Wednesday, April 8, 1987, at his home after a brief illness.

He was born June 18, 1924, in Stokes, son of Adolph C. and Annabell Evans Anderegg. He was a graduate of Rome Free Academy and married Gladys Taylor Baxter Jan. 9, 1961 in Central Square.

Mr. Anderegg was a carpenter by trade and belonged to the Rome Carpenter's Union. He was a member of the Lee Center United Methodist Church, the American Legion, and a charter member of the Boonville Lodge of Elks.

Surviving are his wife, two step-children, Benjamin F. Baxter, Boonville, and Mrs. Edward ( Susan) Christopher, Liverpool, a sister, Mrs. John (Marcia) Goff, New Hartford, and four stepgrandchildren. An infant son, Timothy Anderegg, died in 1962.

Services will be held Satruday at the Fitch Funeral Home, Boonville. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Stokes, on Tuesday.
