Preceded in death by his parents Carl and Leona (Hill) Wiegand, brother Clarence Wiegand, sister Elsie Lane and nephew Joe Wiegand. Survived by son James and his wife Rose Farley Wiegand and granddaughter Audrey and her husband Greg Kelley; daughters Nancy and Sandra; brother Charles Buddy Wiegand and his wife Jo, and sister Peggy McArthur; loving nieces and nephews and their families: Bob Wiegand, Doris Story, Bill Lane, Carla Roberts, and Karl McArthur; numerous cousins and extended family.

Kenneth was retired from PPG Industries, Inc. where he ended his 27 year career service as Project Supervisor in the Commercial Construction Group – Glass, based in Houston, TX.

Memorial service to be held at City of San Marcos Cemetery Chapel at 10:00am Saturday, August 15, 2015.
