Rosie Lee Grissom Abernathy, 70, of Turlock died Tuesday at Emanuel Medical Center.
Mrs. Abernathy was a native of Texas. She lived in Turlock eight years. She was a health care provider. She was a member of First Southern Baptist Church, Winton.
She is survived by her companion, Donald Sanders of Turlock; children, Michael Grissom and Bobby Grissom, both of Merced, Tommy Grissom of Oakdale, Billy Grissom of Dublin, Geraldine Davis and Linda Rumsey, both of Turlock, and Dorothy Angle of Modesto; brother, Johnny Leal of Turlock; and 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at First Southern Baptist Church, Winton. Burial will follow at Winton District Cemetery, Winton. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Redwood Chapel of Ivers & Alcorn, Atwater.
